Something Different

Some teachers here in Massachusetts turned the tables and pranked the students with some video bombs.

Having some nice weather to come back to has been a big help. Jeab and I have spent a lot of time looking for a new place to live, and we found a great place right outside of Boston. It reminds us a lot of Centre Point in Thailand, but much bigger. There are about 20 buildings, tennis courts, fitness centers, pools, pool tables, movie theaters...all within the community. There is also a Hooters 1 mile away.

We've also been busy going to different restaurants, symphonies, petting zoos, ...

It’s strange to be back here in Thailand. I’m not sure how I feel about it yet. This isn’t going to be an “I love Thailand” journal. This is just going to be me complaining, because that’s what I do well. Immediately when I got into BKK, we all got food poisoning. I’m living in the second floor of my house, which is packed with furniture that we had on the ground and 3^rd floors. We have tenants on the ground and 3^rd floors now. The New Year rang in for us quietly. The girls were asleep in their beds, and I was watching the ball drop on TV here in New York. Honestly, it was a lonely point. I can't remember a New Year passing being completely alone since my bed time was 11:00 PM (even then I can't remember it).

David and Jane just came back from Bangkok a few days ago and immediately had their wedding reception in the USA. They met via a TF virtual kiss and PM (TFH sent to janejane first)...and now we are just waiting for babies to start poppin out.

So I’ve been back in the states for 3 months. Honestly, it feels as if I’ve been back for at least a year already. Against my own selfish wishes, I came here mostly for Jasmine.
