I have my furious way to deal with a broken heart. I think here is what girl should do:

Asking yourself a question and find the answer
What makes you feel depress? Why do you feel depress? It may take sometime for everyone to understand themselves, swallow their pride and accept the reality. If someone really loves you he will not hurt you or cheat on you no matter what. It does not matter what kind of EXCUSE he has. If he did that, he does not love you. Stop fooling yourself!!!!!

It's very simple answer why the one you love hurt you by cheating on you. He does not love you the way you do. That is all. Get over it!!!!

Don't hold yourself back
Tell yourself that it's over. Don't bother to look back for the good memories you two used to have. It's history. Put it in a box and tend to forget about it. I will allow you to check your box once in awhile. But don't you dare wasted your time shedding your tears once you open it. Just check if it was still there. See how you feel when you open it . Let it go and move on.

Talk to yourself
Every single day, look at yourself in the mirror, say this word to a person you see in the mirror, "I love you". Say it every single time you look at yourself. See if it will make any different in a month.

Remember, it's only one of YOU in this planet. You are unique. Tell yourself so.

Get rid of the little voice
There is a little voice in your head, saying some stupid things such as "I can't live my life with out him", "I will no longer fall in love", " I will not married again". Those are just a BS conditions you put into your own thought. The little voice is not there. Just tell them to take vocation and tell them not to come back. Stop weeping and crying for the relationship which is already over. Noone is going to give you Oscar Award for the best actress. For that that AH and Wake up!!!!

Cry out
It will be hard to forget your memory. If you need to let it out, do it!!! But don't let it lasts for half an hour or an hour. Just 15 minutes maximum. After crying out, you will feel better. It's better than bother the others with your own thought. Just keep it with yourself. Stop repeating your thought as a broken record, it's boring.

Change your attitude
Things happen for reason. There is a reason why you met this person and it does not work out. Just for you to find a better person in your life. For you to become smarter. If he said to you that "I used to be smart til I married you". Tell him " I used to be stupid til I divorced you". If he said to you "go to hell". Put a big smile on your face and say "after you".

Get your confidence back
Change you hair style, color. Do whatever you feel comfortable with. Do not care what people say about you, if you care what they say or think , you will be their prisoner forever!!!!

Get yourself a sexy lingerie. Do not worry that you do not have someone you can wear them for. Just get them. Make yourself feel sexy. Buy a new cloth (oh well, if you can effort) get a style you feel comfortable with. I wear shorts, I wear boots I do not care what people think. As long as I have some cloth on. I don't care the rest of the world.

When you walk, swing your arms, your hips. Imagine that every single step you make is on the red carpet which makes just for you!!!Think positive. Think about what makes you happy, keep telling yourself that "I am happy today. I am sexy". You are what you think!!!!!

Put only dance music on your iPod or your phone to listen while you are outside . No sad music, NOT ALLOW!

Smile
Before you left your house, apartment or whatever. Put a big smile on your face. Let the rest of the world wonder why you are so happy? Annoy the others with your positive thinking. When you walk, smile with your eyes. Do not forget to swing your hips if you wear high heels. You are walking on a catwalk. Remember that!

Put a big smile on your face when you answer the phone. You'll see the different.

3 magic words
"Thank you, sorry, you're welcome"These 3 words are important. Talk to everyone in your family, your close friends. Do not think that people will get those expression from your action. Say "thank you" to show how much you appreciate their kindness. Say "sorry" if you hurt someone either by word or action. Say "you're welcome" if someone show their kindness to you. It's important.

Flirt way
Just only if you know how far you can go. As long as you do not MISLEADING or hurting anyone on purpose and you know your own limitation. You will be fine. The other way around. DO NOT take it personal if someone flirt with you. Remember this, there are lots of fish in the sea. Don't take any bait. Tell yourself that you are going to be a FISHERMAN not a FISH!!!!!

Keep yourself busy
Find something you enjoy and love to do. Reading, movie, eat out, gardening, window shopping, dancing (you must dance like nobody is watching) Or do some charity work.

You can easily start with simple thing. Give a seat to those in need on the bus. Don't wait to see if anyone care, just do it. When you see someone try to push the care in a parking lot, just give them a hand. That is what I do when I have a chance. I never wait for people to ask for help. I just do it.

Exercise is really good for you. Not only take your mind away but it will make you look ever sexier. Stop telling yourself that you look fat or see some fat around your waist. Do something about it, stop bitching!!!!!!

Take your time
Do not rush into a new relationship. You need to fixed your heart first. Til you get over the bitterness and get your confidence back. Til you have no tear and feel nothing when you open the "box". Then you can think about new relationship.

Take it slow, one step at the time. You have no need to see the whole staircase. Just only make your first step, one at the time. Soon you will reach to the top.

These are all my furious thought I have today. Hope it works for someone else.

I am aggressive, yes. But in a good way. In a way that I will not let anyone take advantage on my kindness from now on. "Life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you"
