When i wanna get good health.
I used to play Badminton for many years with my close friends on every Sunday.I didnt good at in any sports but i just wanna exercise for good health. After we didnt have time to play sport together bcoz one of my friend resigned from her work and decided to open kid 's school at Cental Bangna so she was very busy with her kids especially on weekend and the other one had to work on weekend sometime in Chonburi. The bad point of Badminton was we can't play alone as squash rackets.That was reason why i stopped playing Badminton with my close friends.

Unfortunated me,after i was a member at first semester of the second year.i got backache after i join the Yoga class and had to stop my hard exercise for long time from February until now.Poor me!!! I gain over weight after i didn' t do any exercise.I tried back to exercise again when i got well and had to be careful with my back even i had big tummy and need more exercise not only keep diet food but also doing abdominal exercise.I didnt go fitness center outside anymore bcoz in my condo it has a nice fitness and it open daily from 7am-7 pm . I just started exercise here recently after i feel better and i hope i can lose my over weight for 5-7 Kg ..hahaha..seem very hard to do when we got older.By the way exercise make good health even i still over weight right now...Poor me !!!
