When i wanna get good health.

            I used to play Badminton for many years with my close friends on every Sunday.I didnt good at in any sports  but i just wanna exercise for good health. After we didnt have time to play sport  together bcoz one of my friend resigned  from her work and decided to open kid 's school at Cental Bangna  so she was very busy with her kids especially on weekend and the other one had to work on weekend sometime in Chonburi. The bad point of Badminton was we can't play alone as squash rackets.That was reason why i stopped playing Badminton with my close friends.

                I was invited to be a member of fitness center at Silom area by one of my friend and that is the first time I exercise indoor.I paid too much money for member per year and personal trainner for 42 times but it's sin

               Unfortunated me,after i was a member at first semester  of the second year.i got backache after i join the Yoga class  and had to stop my hard exercise for long time from February until now.Poor me!!!  I gain over weight after i didn' t do any exercise.I tried back to exercise again when i got well and had to be careful with my back  even i had big tummy and need more exercise not only keep diet food but also doing abdominal exercise.I didnt go fitness center outside anymore bcoz in my condo it has a nice fitness and it open daily from 7am-7 pm . I just started exercise here recently after i feel better and i hope i can lose my over weight for 5-7 Kg ..hahaha..seem very hard to do when we got older.By the way exercise make good health even i still over weight right now...Poor me !!!

    glad you are exercising again... remember to stretch very well before and after exercising so you don't hurt your back again! Next time I come to thailand we can go play badminton. ok my best friend plays usually once a week. hehe

    right it's more difficult to loose weight when we are older.. I try to bike to school every day back and forth.. take care!

    P' Nong kha, is exercise in da swimming pool better kha?
    I do luv for myself...Not too tired..Good for knees and ankles also kha. ))
    Have a tip to share for fat control....Farang all day da fat away kha.

    paulgh3rd....thxs for your advice ja Paul..Badminton is my favourite sport but seem it's too hard for me right now hahaha ..I got older and very tired when I was playing Badminton last time..lol Anyway,it will be nice if we can play together once ..hehehe

    freetheworld.....It's nice and have fun when biking..i used to bike to school everyday when i was young but in Rayong not in Bkk..lol

    flydragon......I tried to exercise as much as i could do ..i wish sport made me strong and not too fat lol..I was sad i didnt do sport for two days ago bcoz i had much work to do overtime when i came back home the fitness was closed.. hahaha paparazzi..where are they ???

    2508....yes i know smimming is the best sport for any person who has problem with back ,knees and ankles.the doctor adviced me tried to smimming too.Well.thxs for yr comment naja Ni.
