Interesting article in the China Daily Newspaper! I wonder which ASIAN COUNTRY has the benefit of these "recycled" condoms?!Keep safe boys and girls..........!

Well I hope they learned a hard lesson here.

Maybe now their ambitions will be a bit more flacid.

And hopefully the authorities will give them stiff fines.

I remember seeing a lady in her open front shop aka. her home as well from the street packaging sanitary q-tips from a very dirty looking table..
so this doesn't surprise me 1 bit..
