First of all

Thx for all ppl voting for me and the other guys,

who will pay 1 baht or more for their votes

which they receive in this week of charity

i hope we will get a good score together !!!

i will fly back to the land of smile on 31st december

and arrive on New Years Day in the morning 

so it will be my first time celebrating new year in a plane !

i think there will not be any alcohol on this flight with an arabian airline, 

anyway , i will have my own party on new years day with my gf !

    Have a really gr8 time in Thailand Rainer - BTW I think you'll find that airlines based in the Gulf reguion, Etihad, Qatar, Emirates etc do serve alcohol. They're pragmatic enough to realise that they couldn't attract passengers if they handicapped themselves with a strict ban on it. Likewise, during the stopover in the Gulf region (I assume you're flying to the airline's base airport in the Gulf region, then flying on from there to Bangkok), they don't mind you having a drink in the airside departureor transit lounges either because technically, it's not in their national territory. Anyway, in the meantoime, let's keep voting and building up a good total for the orphans.

    I have flown to Bangkok with Etihad, Emirates and Gulf Airlines.
    All of them served alcohol.

    btw about the drinks> i can confirm it for Qatar Airways also!
