TOT Blocking Torrents?

Just about to get a new internet connection fitted int he house through TOT but stumbled across this the other day, is anyone here on a TOT connection and having problems with their Torrent downloads....

    I use TOT, no trouble with torrent sites. Maybe something to do with the Red Shirts.

    I had the same problem till I downloaded yesterday Utorents and now everything is OK again.
    Sorry dont ask me for the logic :P

    What other use could there possibly be for high speed internet... work?.. fuck that.

    They did f or 3 days....
    All the HTTP trackers times out, but the UDP trackers were working...
    Now, all are working again

    really ? I just use it, for download step up 3d yesterday.
    but more funny was .. when I try to click "home" at facebook.com they said

    'this website has been block by ICT"

    that's funnier
