My good old friend was visiting me last weekend.
We had a lot to catch up on and We spent really great time together. I took a bunch of photos. Its not about Phuket anymore but about BKK. here you go. This time bigger pics. 
 One night, my Japanese friends ask me to go to Tawan Daeng. I thought there is the German beer place, but actually was Isaan Disco called Tawan Daeng. same-same but different!!There was so bizarre, Tons of Khon Isaan were dancing like forever. The stage performance was veeery funny and a lot of fun.

This is a new song for my work out. I got a good sweat today. (treadmill, stairs, dumbbell, etc. total 2 hours and 30 minutes.) and I feel the adrenaline kicks in. I want to share to all: No matter What you have (six pack or a keg)....
