Hi my name is Ron and I am a MBA Student at Websters here in BKK Thailand. Anyway, just wanted to follow the directions and introduce myself. My background is in Real Estate back in the US (12 years) and I am also in the process of building a cool local tool to find condos near the Bangkok Skytrain, it is NON COMMERCIAL and not a for profit site, just an academic hobby with my free time and local tool. It sucks and should be up soon. I am single and ready to mingle so please hit me up. I enjoy going out to dinner, movies, or drinks.

That's easy to answer. It's not an easy process, and it's also a highly underdeveloped industry in TH. A lot of it is still in the early phases of people having to come onto forums to try and learn about what is out there.

The more difficult question is whether or not FunUSGuy is trying to get free advertising being that his link to his site has some in your face google ads right on the home page. Your thoughts and comments are appreciated.

Well, I would not think much if a long time active member of TF finds out that a collection of sites how to find condos would be a useful thing and subsequently compiles some info. What makes me suspicious is that a newbie is coming up straight with this before he even can know how members are interacting here and what the site generally is about. And the fact, that every click leads to a Google Search and FaceBook "please like me"-whinings are popping up also does not help trusting that this is a pure hobby, especially once you follow the Blogroll link to his Real Estate Agent site.
