I am going to be out and about in BKK next Saturday night (11th Feb.). Was thinking of maybe popping into the BedSupper Club, or Q bar for a few.
Does anyone know what "Nu Saturday" with DJ Orawan and DJ Knatz is like? DJ Jung? Any good?
Or Bangers 'n' Mashups with DJ Octo at Q Bar?
Which is the better of the two?
I think EB posted something about club nights a few weeks ago, but I can't find it.

Can't speak to the music but as far as the vibe:
Bed = A tad pretentious. It reminds me too much of a hip nightclub anywhere in the world. Probably the lowest ratio of Thais to farangs of any club in Thailand. It can be fun if you go with the right group of people though.
QBar = Guido-central. The guys who go to QBar seem like they're trying a little too hard. Slicked back hair, overdosing on cologne, etc. And I would guesstimate that about 50% of the unattached gals inside the place are working.
Despite the somewhat negative sounding reviews above, I like both clubs. When I was staying up at the President Solitaire for about 3 months, I always kept a bottle open at QBar and was in there 3 or 4 times a week.
And I've never had a bad time at Bed. But, I've always gone with a decent size group of people (at least four people).
I've met some really interesting people at both. Not the typical expat or wild-eyed tourist sorts.
