They're getting good

Since I've been back to the states, I've had two really good scammers contact me via e-mail. They are now taking the time to write to me, get to know me, research my area (even talk about the Super Bowl and whatnot).

I have fun leading them on, but I even catch myself wondering if they are for real or not. They send a couple of pictures here and there. Neither has asked for money yet, but one is setting it up talking about "her" late father who traveled around to all these countries (including Nigeria).

They are getting really good. Internet user beware.
