Todays recipe is: Hot and Spicy prawn stir fry with noodles and cashew nuts.Level of Skills required: easy (if I can cook it so can you!)Cooking time + preparation time: approx 20 minutes Ingredients:Cashew nuts, prawns, vegetables (carrots, baby corn etc..), 2 x crushed garlic gloves, one third or half chili (depending on how hot you want it), 2 x chopped Spring Onions, Nam Pla, Ginger, Oyster Sauce.
