I was just wondering about how I can set up a bank account in Thailand?Could anyone tell me if a speacial Visa is needed for establishing a savings account or stand dard banking account?Are farang living in Thailand required to get any type of alien registration card to carry around?Thank you to anyone that helps.

On December 24th a Hooters bar and grill will open up in Seoul! I can't believe this day has come. For a couple years now I have said to my friends that Korea needs a freakin Hooters here. Looks like Hooters is expanding throughout Asia Region! For a few years now there has been a Hooters in Singapore and Taipai and even two in Shanghai. Japan is also getting atleast one also. Oh ****, I just safely returned from Cambodia late last night! I went to see Angor Wat for about 3 days. That place is crazy.... The mini tour bus was cought in a traffic jam on the "ALL DIRT ROAD" coming back! Hundreds of Tour buses and other vehicles were trap because of muddy flooded roads. It's all just an example of too much Korean Pride I know, however they did seem to be so happy... Korea wants so badly to show the World that they are now global players in everything...
