With so many different types of martial arts out there, I've noticed that most of them
neglect the importance of a good head butt !!!.
So I thought it would be nice to teach my boy the art of some dirty street tactics,
as I don't think any martial art would do the same.
The headbutt, although often under-rated, if performed correctly can produce devastating effects.
I think Alex has finally got the hang of it, even though he still feels a bit of pain.

My son Alex had his first birthday last Monday, so I've gathered the best photos of him and made a slide show.
The past year has gone so quickly, and everyday I look forward to seeing him grow and learn new things.
He's a great little boy, I have so much fun with him (even when he's cheeky), and YES he's definitely a mummy's boy.
When he doesn't get his own way, I pretty much laugh my head off as he throws his little tantrums.

Last week on the 2nd of August, my wife Jum gave birth to a beautiful boy. We named him Alexander ( Alex )The birth is probably the most memorable moment that has occurred in my life so far, unbelievable. Something that I will always treasure for the rest of my life.

I've always suspected that my work has a few animals, but now I'm convinced. Here is "Lindsay" coming for her nightly feed. We feed her bread, all types of meat and even chocolate. She doesn't like fruit all that much, so we save that for our new resident "Fred" the possum. He loves his apples !!!
