I emailed a home for homeless kids if they wanted it, but never got a reply.

I'll be flying home to BKK from Central America on Saturday morning.
The time there is 12 hours different from Thailand. Last time I did this trip I was a wreck / night owl for over a week after arriving to Thailand.
Does anybody know of any trick to adjust my internal clock after arriving home?

Here's a few pictures from our "Adidas Originals" - trooping yesterday at Paragon, Siam Centre and Central World. Adidas called out to the '501st Legion's Thailand Outpost', and of course we were glad to give them a hand! I'm the tallest trooper, without the orange shoulder patch.
