A friendly note to anyone who thiks CitiBank USA is the same as CitiBank Thailand.
They are not.1st of all they charge a big internatinal fee for withdrawing funds at their own citibank ATMs. The ironic thing other banks only 20batt, far less than citibank FEE. I withdrew $100 at a citibank atm.
