I have found a decent route there from Bangkok, via Minburi, it avoids the terrible bang-Na Trat Road.

Hi I just bought myself a Honda VFR 400, and I'm looking for people to ride with, for trips outside of the city on weekends. Let me know if you would be interested, and what bike you have. Maybe we can make it a regular event, say once/twice a month. Could even be a TF event if we get enough interest.Especially looking for riders with sports bikes, as I like to ride quickly. :-)

The tickets for the Liverpool Vs Thailand game on the 22nd July at Rajamangala Stadium (Rhamkhampang) go on sale today.
As far as I know they are only available from Addidas shops.
The tickets start at 600 baht, and go upto 3,000 baht!
I'm sure the cheaper seats will sell out very quickly, so you may want to hurry.
Tickets are limited to 4 per customer.
But i somehow manged to come away with 8 tickets!

The Stereophonics are playing in Bangkok tomorrow evening,
as part of the '100 Rock, The Uncensored - 100 Pipers promotion'.
Tickets were only available by applying through the 100 Pipers website....!
Yesterday I recieved my notification of my failure to secure a ticket by SMS :-(
Including about 20 of my farang friends here too (did any farang get a ticket?)
But I was extremely lucky to get given a free VIP ticket from a friend of a friend,
so I will be going tomorrow after all :-)
