Since beginning of march I have been working in a thai pub& restuarant in Antwerpen, about 50 kg from Brussels. I work only in the weekend as i have to go to school everyday.
Mon- Fri 10.00 - 13.00 going to school
Fri- Sat 20.00 - 03.00 ( if there is no customer!!)
Before i also worked on sunday but i felt like a zombie on monday and i couldnt concentrate in the class, so I stoped and keep sunday for sleeping lol .
Working here you gotta do everything, making desks, cleaning glasses (sometimes dishes too, luckily i just have to put it just in the machine), getting the bill, dividing bottles, if the restuarant is empty, working in the kitchen it might be another options to keep me busy... ( i did already at least 10 kg of chicken wings!!)
So yeah, all thai customers are keep asking me how i take care of my body. They always get my honest answer, I do nothing. I eat bread and cheese everyday. (yum yum, i love cheesessss!!) I dont go to fitness ( if this is sport for you??? not for me!) I just walk (to school and at work) a lot!
I came here with 44 kg and yesterday morning I was 41,6 kg.... The wind can blow me off.....
I gotta gain weight !!! Give me some advise
PS1 : at work I always have midnight meal if it would help??
PS2: I eat french fried or chips every other day but i think i wanna gain weight in more healthy way...
