<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Bell rang but I still want to sleep. My body aches everywhere from 2 days of diving. The boat took us to Koh Bon for the first dive of the day. Koh bon is famous to be the sight for Manta ray. Everyone was hoping to see it. But we didn?t.

After breakfast, we dived at Koh Tachai. I didn?t hope much anymore since the last dive. Until someone make noises with the pointer. I looked up and there was a huge 3 meters-wide Manta ray above my head. It was enormous. And obviously it wants to be famous too. The Manta Ray graciously moved towards a photographer, passed her and made it another round back. It just wants to be seen and be impressive. Now, who wouldn?t be impressed by a playful huge Manta ray which loves camera? I?m pretty sure many divers got good shots. I taped them on my camera. The Manta has two little sucker fishes near its eyes. The color and size made it unique. That?s why every divers dream of seeing one.

The cloud appeared in the sky and soon it was raining. The visibility of the next dive was so bad. The best thing of this dive was a huge Marble ray. It was so big when I first saw it lying beneath the sand, I thought it?s the part of a coconut tree. Exhausted after 3 dives, I went to take a nap and woke up again when someone rang the bell. I felt quite disappointed to be woken up to dinner instead of the night dive which announced cancelled.

Great pics again. Although you've helped convince me that I'll never do a live-aboard dive. I'm not into discomfort or sleep deprevation ;) After one day of diving I'm so beat that I can hardly stay awake. But I'd do just about anything to see a manta like that. Fantastic.
