My beloved Cyber...

Yeahhhh everyone knows its Mother Day yesterday and we had day off...

It was one of a great day in my life that i could spent time with my family and grandmom and all the cousins... my mom went to visit grandmom then Gin and me went with her... it was kinda family gathering, of course there was many kinds of food and drinks. Everyone brought one food to share.... so i stuffed myself all day long...

I have been bad with them lately, came home late, never stayed for dinner, never home on the weekend, even when was home, i rarely talked to them.... so yesterday it was great that we were spending the whole day together and being quite happy. No one annoyed anyone like we normally do on the daily basis..., and we talked to each other nicely... I know, its Mother's day but i didnt mean to do that just for the Mother's Day sake... Well i know they wont live forever.....i will try to do that more often when i still have chance to show them how much i appreciate and am grateful to be their daughter....

Somehow I was not sure what i liked better between seeing all the faces i love and spending time with them or enjoyed eating all the foods and drinking red wine.....

i know how you feel. my mother calls me once a week and she talks and talks and talks...and I am always in a hurry to get off the phone. But then I think, when she is gone (God I hope that doesn't happen anytime soon), I will miss hearing that voice and would do anything to be on the phone again. Sorry Mom...I'll try to be a better listener next time on the phone.

I vote for drinking the red wine!!!

This is one conversation i had before with my mom one day before Mothers Day:

Naz: So what shall i get u as a gift for Mother's day this year?

Mom: As long as you don't give me a headache..thats good enough.

Naz: Ok mom..i'll buy you a box of Paracetamol...

Mom: So..I heard one of your good pals just got married last weekend..and WHEN..

Naz: Left the room faster than superman having diaorrhea!

Moral of story: Moms..they can be evil..but still i love to hate em!

My mother past away years ago, and I miss her..

We ate whole day long...... but so fun ...

Grandmom was so happy yes'day, she could eat alot --- so nice.. gave her kisses too.. wow !

P;Kitty.....sounds like a fun day....specially with no bitching and arguing....wish my family would try that.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Steel and to all ppl of ALL ages who have to cope with such a loss.

I'm 40+ myself, have been living far away fm my mum since I was 21, never gave much of a thought about "family unity", still THAT phone call has been coming on a regular basis. Obviously it has been taken for granted (human nature..), luckily she's still in good health, now that I am closer to her we seldom see each other but I know she IS there, call me childish and immature but it scares the hell out of me to think about the day.....

Sorry now, phone is ringin'.......Mamma Mia!! : )
