I just got back from a meeting with a psyco chick in my condo.  I am a trustee here and this woman is suing the association because her heat bill was to high.  We charge half the oil bill to units based upon meter readings tied to thermostats and half the oil bill gets divided amongst the units because the halls have to be heated and all units benefit from this heat.  There is no meter on the hall heat so the 50% is just a guess.  The woman thinks 100% of the bill should be allocated amongst the units so some people will turn their heat way up and everyone would share in the costs.  You should have heard this lady go off and think she is correct.  I even told her since she usually uses very little heat that her bill will go up so I can't imagine why she is suing us.  It doesn't make sense...she is mad about her one time high bill yet she is fighting to pay more.  She has just no clue on life and is wasting my free time which I don't have much of anyway.

Just what I was thinking - if it's clearly stated in the tenancy agreement ( we call it body corporate in Aus) , she's just blowing hot air.

Come to Hawaii, we don't need any heaters here........When I first came in 2003, from San Francisco I was apartment looking....and was amazed that they didn't have any themostats or heaters in the places.......lol

Heaters in thailand???? seriously???
