Actually I would describe the products (software applications) to you verbally and with some notes, then you would need to make up the text for the brochures - not a lot of writing, but it has to be very good. I am rubbish at this sort of thing.

Also looking for someone or a company that can do the graphics for it too.

I dont think you will get the graphics free - but maybe you could ask PiAnt if he has any useful contacts that could do it for a reasonable fee.
