Where are the air conditioners hanging out the windows, and how will they run after the sun goes down? That will never work....lolol. Still low income only get fans, and nothing at night? With all that daytime extra electricity, that low income will never use because they are at work from sun up to sun down. It will, on paper, look like a very efficient project.
