I mean moles... Do you know any good hospital or clinic where i can get rid of them by LASER treatment? Im afraid they might have the possibilty to cause me cancer one day...

Moles don't cause cancer. They can be Caused by cancer.

They are merely clusters of cells that are called melanocytes and they are harmless.

You are far more likely to get deadly MRSA in the hospital while having a mole removed

than you are getting cancer in a mole.

However, if you notice a mole that rapidly changing color over a short period

such as months or even days, then go see a physician.

You don't just automatically get rid of them because they might cause cancer. You have a doctor look at them and tell you if it's the kind of mole you have to watch and get examined now and then because it might have the potential to become cancerous.

For a lot of moles, doctors will tell you there is absolutely nothing to worry about. So no need to remove them unless it is for cosmetic reasons.
