what do you usually do when you feel sad or disaapoint
Just wants to ask friends here that what do you usually do when you feel sad or disaapoint with something or someone?. How can you recover yourself? For sure I felt that sometime. What I usually do it is try to find something to do and stop bad thinking by fast.. Sometime it didn't work but at least I tried. C'mon, let's share your oppinion.. in case if the next time I feel like that, I can copy some of your ideas to do and make me feel better.
