just a clarification:

- I no longer work at Absolute7.- prior to departing, I suggested admin drop the banners...since I will no longer be there, it is highly unlikely they will honor the discounts cards anyway.- in seven months, there were two TF parties at Absolute...hardly "control"- in seven months, there were two TF parties at Absolute...hardly worth honoring the discount cards- in seven months, I can count on one hand the number TFer's who visited the bar- i have no idea what event was deleted, or why, nor do i care.- generally...i don't bother logging into to TF anymore, and when I do, I don't bother much with posting either....too much whining! - Ya'll have a nice day now.

admin...I cannot comment on traffic in the bar prior to working there, but otherwise, agreed.

It seems that place has some underlying problems. When Stu was there he asked Grezzzy to go along and meet the owners with a view to working with him. She went on two occassions, but the attitude of the rest of the staff was so bad that she declined the offer of work - not a nice place to go.

I noticed the same on one trip when I took Grezzzy to one of the meetings - the staff were slow, rude and inefficient. I had a drink and a small plate of food ang it took them over ten minutes to bring the bill at the end...

I think it is no loss to TF....

Personally I like Absolue 7 Bar and have enjoyed any of my visits there, the band are very good, and Ive never had any problem with any member of staff.........some of them are even friendly and chat, I cant see anything wrong with that.

I will still go there whether others like it or not :-)

My only complaint is that I hate the toilets!!

I can see from my one or two visits there.. you were running around like crazy.

I like the old old day at absolute bar when there was live music on third floor.. a girl band was good. It was years ago.

Actually....most of the time I enjoyed the running around getting things done stuff....the really bothersome stuff always happened behind the scenes...

At 200 Baht a Corona I thought I made a quite significant contribution on my two or three visits ;-)

Hey Bruce, well apart from wishing you all the best and lots of chok dee on your next project, I want to thank you for the great times Paung and me had at Absolute7. Bands also were great and hopefully our bottle is still behind the bar. Otherwise we'll come to buy a new one at your future venue! Paung & Patrick.
