OK, I'm now sitting at the airport in Manila, killing some time before flying to BKK. I'm quite excited about the TF party tonight, as there will be so many people who I have only "met" virtually, but tonight we can actually connect face to face and beer to beer. Very happy about that. See you all there tonight!

In other news, Duke Togo was right. It's a bit of a challenge getting into the airport here. And word around the campfire is that there will be huge demonstrations tomorrow, and possibly even a miliary coup. So that didn't help. Anyway, got here and I'm all ready to go.

One very cool thing to do if you're in Manila airport: They actually have an economy-class pre-flight lounge area. It's about 300baht to get in, but then it's just like a business-class lounge. Very cool idea, I think. So now even us cheap-charlies flying economy can get some free grub and write Journal entries before take off. Anyway, I'll be back here in 2 days anyway -- just a visa run this time.

OK, gotta jet...literally. See you tonight!
