Good Morning.

Its a story of my office. Since the rain is so mad. In phuket, esp. around my office no day without rain two or three weeks in row. Myself tried to avoid the rain by not going anywhere. Because I know the my health not so strong here without go to gym and not so healthy living.

Starting by my boss who i never see he is getting sick. One day he started coughing. Next day his nose running. I tried to avoid him. I mean not to be close.

Second his wife who already so sick with her cancer. Now she got more. It worse for her actually.

Last night. Its my turn. I woke up in the middle of the night with the bad dream and found myself have a fever. It is very worse fever i ever had. Then follow by sore throat. so, I started boiled the water, make myself hot tea. (dont' forget it still middle of the night about 1am). Then i felt asleep sometimes with bad dream. and then woke up about 3am. Then i got more thing my my nose started running..Jesus! Difficult to sleep more. but I still can get some. Woke up again 6am and found myself feels very bad. I dont' think i can work. Try to cool myself. Then wake up again 8am and After checking my noted book and found i have only one appointment today which i can cancel then I decided to sms my boss for sick leave. **sigh** and sms my client to cancelled the meeting. this is Once in two years that i cancelled meeting..grrrrrrrrrrr.

Now i am sitting in my office, Because sunshine lol I need to wash my clothes and get it on sun. and Also My boss need me for his client o_O. After meeting I will go back to my bed.

Women always say that men has a lot of self-pity when they get sick :-) ...seriously, I had a very bad fever after coming home from my last trip - I was tested for malaria and they put me on hospital for 3 days! So maybe you got the same Kung...you have to take it easy! I didn't, and as a result, I suffered from a sore throat 3-4 weeks afterwards :-P ...get well soon!

oh dear...my son been sick for almost 2 weeks ...the weather in chiang mai is terrible also...rain everyday....pls get well soon naaaa:)

Here is raining as usual and disaster windy every day...When the body can't do much of work out I also feel myself really unhealthy.
