Well, This weekend was my dramatic weekend.

Last year around this time, I went to support Dave at

''The vertical challenge, Banyan tree hotel''

I promised friends and Dave I ll run this year. Time fly..the event come closer and closer, Dave remind me to start training but due to the work load and other things, I didnt really get to do it. I thought working out door everyday is my exercise and it should be enough.

Time had come, Sunday morning..the race began.

There are 64 floors, 194 metres hight.

We did 15 floors each and I was the first one.Here..My team

 And here is all of us!

The run is fund raising for the RED Cross and HIV patients

( Under the sponsorship of Her Majesty Princess Somsawalee Prsworaraja Thinaddamard). Last year we had '' P' Tao'' joined as a guess but this year we have '' N' Mario'' Ohhhh..

We are ready....the band and the nurse (from last year) are ready too!

 Im so fit! ÎÖºææææ

 And here we go! Ready? Steady? Gooooo!

But where is mine?

Received it in the BNH ,ICU after I collaped on the 15th floor, was carried down stairs by 4 nurses

Clinical finiding: low blood pressure+ heart beat was too fast but light pulse and the pressure wasnt return to the normal stage even after 6 hrs of resting.

Result: Admitted for a close mornitoring 24 hrs, echocardiogram found long Left ventral valve otherwise normal.xx,xxx Baht bill

Conclusion: Im sucks! Im not that fit! so Dont think you can..when you are not well prepare, always have medical insurance.

And A nice TLC meal at the hot pot the day after lol.
