You are driving along a narrow two lane road with a NO PASSING sign posted, and you come upon a bicycle rider.

I'm of Italian blood, we would pass and not even think twice. Also if any police officer even tried to say anything to us, we would tell them where to go.. and it wouldn't be a nice place
