I have packed in nearly three years after being a 40-a-day man for 12 years.

Excellent decision. I was a smoker too and quit many years ago. One of the best thing I did for myself ever.

The first week is more difficult, after that it gets easier. I would recommand only one thing, be very careful with alcool... its very bad as it make your will melt like ice cubes in whiskey.

By denying yourself the cancer stick, you'll become an insufferable prick... Even more so than usual.

I was being sarcastic Satuuuu.. It was hard when I had to quit drinking before it could attack me and turn me to another person i never wish to be !!! Your mood will be swinging so bad !! Make sure that you put fragile stuff away including ppl who would not understand..until you can settle!!
