Yes, I have a problem in this. I read a buddhist book about reduce angry "Method win the angry" written by Dhammavaddho Bikkhu. It's very good. Try to control your mind as like teach a monkey pick up coconut. the mind as a monkey.Hard to keep in calm in a shot time. try to practise it all time while you do and do thingels
