If you were to choose a high rise apartment with good, unobstructed views of Bangkok, would you choose a(n):East facing apartment- wake up each morning with the warm sun rise?South facing apartment- nice sunny and bright room throughout the day?West facing apartment- beautiful sunsets each evening?North facing apartment- a nice cool room throughout the whole of the day?

Definitely north or west, but it depends on your actual condo location (meaning if ur condo is in the west and ur unit is facing west, you obviously wouldn't have clear views of bkk downtown as per ur requirements

If I could afford it, I'd own the whole floor and that would solve the problem.

definitely north. south, east or west get too much sun

Not too hot and perfect sun light.

I rent a north facing 2 bed condo near the Soi Cowboy at Asok. Never too hot as I like to keep the air con on when I'm at home.

I'd prefer to live on a boat though, but BKK is too expensive for me!

West facing apartment better for me ka! then can see the beautiful sunrise after work ^^

North all the way!!!!

west was great and didn't get too warm. north wasn't as great but faced the river and was a higher floor (22).

I would look at my neighbours. When they like ACDC, Iron Maiden etc. I never take the apartment. Doesn't matter how nice the view or the temperature of the room
