Melted: we are talking about ARMY here under a state of emergency. They are authorised to use deadly force when threatened. In any other country this is the same. I see you are upset, but you are comparing a protest in another country that isn't under a state of emergency with the situation in bkk. It's apples and oranges. Other countries using waterguns are regular police officers or riot police, or even special forces. not the army under a state of emergency. And the protesters were armed too.
