17th of May
On this day last year I was... .. walking with my TF friends
I completely forgot that it was the constitution day of Norway until my mom called to wish me a "happy birthday". But this year.. Helium balloons are a BIG thing on the 17th of May. The vendors buy them for 60 baht each, and then sell it for 500 baht. And 80% of the kids usually end up accidentally dropping it. All day you can spot several balloons flying high up in the sky. It is so creepy. Thousands of people in front of the castle to see the parade and the Royal family waving from the balcony. Yay, I took a picture of the Royal family. Not good quality, since I had to crop the pic a lot. Finally, spring has arrived. Nice weather isn't something we take for granted here in Norway.. Oslo City Hall
Many Norwegians were wearing national costumes. One day waaay in the future (when I am rich) I will also get one. But it's very expensive (around 150 000 baht), blah.. Anyway.. Miss you guys! morena
