I was just on youtube and i found this and it really just drives me insane. I really hate how this happens daily and never gets heard about.... maybe this guy deserved it, maybe not.Police in America have a huge huge huge intimidation factor back home in the states and seem to get away with anything. Not saying police here are any better. But in USA  it just...... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr What do u think?Anyone have an experience with a**hole cops? Ive had plenty! Some i should have took to civil court against the Chicago PD but feared of it bringing more drama then solving any.

As a teen back in the 80's I was living on the streets in L.A. and as part of a group of street punks we were constantly getting hassled and threatened by the L.A.P.D. Admittedly we were breaking the law and screwed up, but I was 16 when this happened - a group of us had become sick of sleeping in the random places that we had been and broke into a empty apartment to sleep in, when the police caught us they beat the crap out of with their clubs and told us that if they ever caught us again they'd kill us.

dont that make u mad? i never seen this here in bangkok, the meanest thing i seen a cop do is make a tourist piss in a cup, yea that goes beyond the "rights" but its not physical ass kickin just cause hey they're cops and they can do it....

its like in the states most cops i met are the assholes ( NOT ALL ) that got picked on in school, or the steriod jocks who gotta impress someone cause they dont get laid enuff or the over fat ***** who didnt get that guy she wanted

sometimes i feel very bad for ppl back home in the states. even my friends grandmother never committed a crime and is one of the sweetest old ladys in the world.

she was arrested 3 months ago for not showing her drivers license to a police officer. said that legislation is tryin to be passed everyday so to make it a law in each state that u must provide identification if an officer asks.

good rule of thumb .... don't **** about with cops in ANY country in the world .... u usually come off second best !!!!

right it so much better with Thai cops. First they put you in jail for some drugs their friends put on you then they want money to let you out.

Look, I have had my run ins with the L.A.P.D. My 2 cents are, Don't do nothing your not suppose to do...... Like run from the cops, why you running, got something to hide. get a grip on reality........

That's nuts. Definitely uncalled for, but in the heat of the moment a lot of people do stupid things.

As troubling as the video is, its a difficult situation, and perhaps unavoidable. The officers involved, all pumped up on adrenalin, after a dangerous high speed chase of a suspect in the commission of a felony, and having witnessed the fleeing suspect running down one of their fellow officers, and endangering the public, the self restraint would have to be extraordinary.

Police are only human after all. The best we can hope for is disciplinary action / termination. What more can be done?

It's part of the cops job to quietly rid the streets of gangs, homeless, and other dregs of society.

Keep your nose clean and you won't be in one of these videos.
