Everyone loves at least a little bit of drama in their life...Best thing to do is to try and talk about it with him whenever he has some free time. Get your point out, but don't sound frustrated. Once he knows what you're thinking, you should be able to work together to get it sorted out.

- ask yourself firstly what is your problems exactly?

- ask yourself whether you are the one of those problems or you (partly) make those problems.

- what are things that you don't like about him or that are unsatisfied you?

- when you know the cause of problem... ask yourself how can you make it better... how much you can compromise without changing youself or hurt yourself

- just do it!

- and waiting for feedback

it sounds like 'theory' but it works! just adapt to your case ja

good luck & cheers

It is all about business.why is it so complicated because it is political issue. My boss , he knows the problem

in the office and even talked to me before, but when time passed, he need to remain his position too by

not taking the problem seriously and let my survive by my own.

Political situations are very difficult to deal with at work. Often a boss hopes the situation will correct itself.

Many supervisors worry about getting involved because they may hurt their own reputation, if they take one persons side versus the other person.

Its hard to know what to do in a case like this. Just keep working hard and get the benefits that come from being a good worker. In our industry, you will be rewarded for good work.
