I know you're gonna hate me for this
My freezer has to be cleaned soon and I decided to finish all what was still in it. I know you going to hate me for that, but I really like rabbit. We have some national dishes based on it. One of the most popular here is rabbit with prunes, but I decided to make a classic stew of it.For sensitive people don't go any further this is the rabbit already cleanedPut pepper, salt and maybe a little bit of some other spices on the pieces of meat and roll it in flour.Put it in a pan and bake it till it has a nice brown crustPut it in a pot with onion (bake it slightly brown before) and add laurel, thymus and other aromatic spices and beer (very important ) and half way the cooking process add bread with mustard on it. cook it till it's well-doneAnd enjoy your meal
