very nice flash site.

good luck in this business.. competition is something fierce its a very tough market. I will explain. Are they premade website templates or custom made? the problem with custom vs premade is that you may see some other site identical to your premade one the average attention span of a visit is 5 - 10 seconds. so unque sites do very well. with the technology of skype etc businesses contact these designers which speak good English and communicate very well. They will custom design what you want exactly.

A lot of businesses in BKK,US,UK and the world are using the Philippines where some of the web designers just to make a fair statement. I wouldn't go as far as to say the best I have ever seen because I haven't seen everything online but they are pretty dayum good. Oh yea I didn't even mention India.

Filipino designers will custom design a site not a premade or turnkey website script from $50 - $200 the site will have original custom logos and graphics. they advertise on Craigslist. What these businesses do is put in a ad in the philippine section and evaluate their resumes. Good luck no matter what always stick to your guns. digital nice work on the site

Clicking over to your portfolio page, the thumbnails of your other web page designs are not thumbnails - they're full size images that simply have the IMG tag set to shrink them. Be sure to view your page over a non-local, non-cached, non-fast data link to see the load time issues like that.

(FF 3.5/ no MF'Flash)

@Good Karma - Actually, the site doesn't have a gram of Flash in it - it is all DHTML. Java Script and XHTML.

I only use flash as a last choice option. It's hard to change once completed and can be cumbersome on the loads.

In regards to cheaper sites what I do that the sites in India don't do is build a Content Managements System for each site. I deign my sites to be google search friendly and the code I write is 100 times better than the competition. Its like buying a fake Iphone vs the real thing... Sure they look the same but you ever try to use the copy? It really sucks!!!

@Hyper223 - You are 100% correct, there are no thumbnails actually; The thumbnails are the main images that you see on the right, its the same image. Once all the images are loaded there is no wait to re-load the full version. I use CSS to shape the thumbnails to look small, and when you click on them, it just loads that same image on the right. I love this JavaScript! Good Eye thought!!! Very impressive.

that's cool dude no offense to your competence best of luck to you. Not to take away from the Filipino designers some of their stuff is pretty good and original looking outstanding logos and the price is right too. Now the turnkey websites are duplicated over and over again with scripts those buggers are almost impossible to correctly search engine optimize. Never underestimate the competition. My dad said he would never drive a japanese car for years however now he presently drives a nissan. the Indian designers I would agree are not as good. Your site gets the point across and the job done..flashy is not always good. once again I will emphasize on good luck on the new site. take it easy dude.

yep,

keep it simple design is the best approach online because believe it or not some people will not have the higher ended IE browsers and yes you will still have people surfing the net using 56k modem's. Firefox is a very widely used browser now adays too so of course you always have to keep it in mind.

The page is wider than my screen. At first it had a scroll bar at the bottom, which disappeared when i changed page so I cant see the left and right edges of the page.

My resolution is 1024x768 in IE 7
