Every time I get flu or cold or upset stomach I drink 30ml (2 tablespoons) of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water every 8 hours. Any vinegar will work, but apple cider tastes most mild. Can add honey if u want, I drink straight.

This has worked for every person I have told it to (that has the guts to try it) without fail. I discovered it from an article on the web from a natural doctor.

Whenever I first get signs of a cold or flu, I take lots of vitamin C and drink a bit more fluids than usual.

DON'T TAKE THE ANTIBIOTICS!! There is no cure for the common cold, and antibiotics are pointless unless you have an infection. Save them for later...when you actually need them. Thai doctors WAAAAY over prescribe antibiotics.

Just treat your symptoms. If you have a stuffy nose or headache, take something that clears your sinuses, take hot showers, and try to clear your nasal passage as often as possible.

Sore throat? Hot tea with honey, lozenges...whatever.

Take cold medicine! It makes you think you're feeling better for a few hours at least...but it won't hurt you in the long run like antibiotics will.

Sleep, drink warm/hot liquids, and eat. Wait for your body to fight it off.

Wait, the IAB entry describes bowel problems. Do you have a cold, or what?

If the problem's respiratory, there's usually not much reason to take antibiotics unless it's confirmed as a bacterial infection. If it's a cold or the flu, they don't help, except to protect you from secondary infections.

Dr. Bo Peep, where are you?

If it's your guts, usually, for Americans, just taking one antibiotic, Azithromycin, will help. If that won't do it, Cipro will. I don't like antibiotics either, but have had to use them a couple of times. The hospitals and pharmacies here are drug crazy and way overprescribe.

Finally, if everything's coming out both ends and you have fever, it usually settles down in 8 to 16 hours, and a little Lomotil will help the final round of squirts.

Sorry if I've been too graphic, and I don't have a natural answer. If it's not too bad, let it take it's course - that is the natural answer. Drink plenty of fluids (no alcohol) iin either case. Take aspirin for fever.

id say just take two amoxi after you eat, surround urself in an environment YOU prefer

throw the air con on, relax, have a friend or gig take care of you for a day or two or pop a bottle and chill with some video games

its a flu it will pass, if its a virus Amoxi does help

main thing i would suggest

skip water, use gatorade or anything similar

and stay hydrated with that, and SLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP

sleep sleep sleep

whiskey and tiffy cant hurt ^^

got some "herbal" remedies if you need ^^ hit me up
