Belgian food
I made 'Gentse Waterzooi' (from the city of Gent in Belgium) yesterday. It's kind of a soup with big pieces of vegetables (lot of leek, carottes, onion, potatoes and I putted also peas). Most of the time they put a complete chicken in it, but I prefer pieces of it.
I poured it out and putted celerie and some light cream to finish. God, it was delicious.
