I put on my shorts today and noticed they were loose. Then I put on some jeans that I bought 2 weeks ago and they were a little tight when I bought them. Now they are very loose. I need to wear a belt with them. Crap, I can't afford to lose any more weight. I was already very skinny before I lost this weight. My secret...no snacks between meals and eat lots of pasta. Some exercise, but always busy.
FYI: I just wanted to let those who aren't native English speakers know I used the wrong word here...waisting instead of wasting as a play on words.....sounds the same, but different meaning
