You know mate, after a while of trying to tell people about what we're doing to the place (the plastic bags really are a huge menace you know), I've come to the conclusion that as long as we continue to f*ck the place up as we are doing, we're not worth saving. You only have to walk for a few seconds down the streets to see just how little people care for their environment. In fact, you've inspried me to take a few (non-rob-type) pics of what I see everyday and post em. Cheers.

At my office in India they used to burn the trash in the street right outside of our building! It gave me a lung infection. Truly amazed me that they still allowed this to happen. I took a few pics of the families just piling on the trash...maybe I can dig them up.

As long as China can produce things cheaper than the rest of the world and consumers continue to buy cheap Chinese made products, the problem wont go away. All they care about is production numbers and competitive pricing. The health of the people of China be damned.

We all benefit from China's high growth economy.. from import of cheaper products to demands in our export sectors. So, in a way, we are using these people. Poor people are being exploited everywhere including Thailand.
