I tried this app, pretty cool. Also, check out "Notational Velocity" a simple notepad for Mac that syncs with SimpleNote or Dropbox. I have many notepads, but I never found one that is just right yet, maybe I'm getting closer with this setup http://notational.net/http://simplenoteapp.com/      

I have 2 notepad applications on my phone , none work like that .... but tell me why do I need to do that when I can transfer files by copy and paste ......

Faycycber - Thanks for comment, being able to "automatically sync notes back-n-fourth between iPhone and your computer is useful. And both notepads are simple to use, anybody can design something complicated, but it takes real genius to design things that are simple and useful
