What wrong with me?

I've been working so hard lately and feel like never had enough sleep at all

Last week I slept around 3-4 hours everyday because I wanted to finish all of my work

This week started from Sunday I got 20-22 hours of sleep everyday but..

 

I sleep less I'm tired, I sleep more I'm still tired -_-'

 

So many times when I'm tired I tell myself I'll go to bed early and WONT knit

But what I've got is these knitting projects which almost done

You know it sounds like you're missing endorphins... chemicals that make you feel good.

You can get them from exercising - just 20-30 minutes is enough to wake you up and make you feel better.

Or it could be your diet - some people are intolerant to dairy or eggs or wheat - it can lead to tiredness.

If you have a good day, try to remember what you ate. On a bad day, do the same. Then experiment to see if one food makes you feel better than another.

breakofdawning : I think I lost my balance because sometimes too much and sometimes too less, I never had a good sleep for almost 5 years -_-'

English_Bob : I've planed to go gym everyday also diet as well but only 3-4 days at gym then felt so lazy lol and your right! I'm missing endorphins but cant explain in the public ^^

Gorgeous : LOL, I will leave that up to you to decide, but I guess it would have to be what ever you feel you need at that time. Beef today EB tomorrow. (maybe) ??? :-)

Aomazon : good point I just had surgery 2 times in a roll in early November last year and that keep me feel not so good like no power and shaking :(

Wallace : Bro!!! your back? LOL I'll knit one for you so you could wear when its cold and hey! come to Thailand then u wont feel bored ^^

Could be myalgic encephalomyelitis or post-viral syndrome? Worth getting checked out. But don't see a Thai doctor - they will give you 3 different types of piankiller, 3 antibiotics, and recommend you cancel your TF membership!

While you are awake, can I please order a nice sweater - 42 chest pleae.

Wow that knitting looks complicated! Try to force yourself to sleep 8 hours, and then power nap 25min if you are really tired. And stop eating all that MD!!! :P buy some fruits instead and perhaps eat some multi purpose vitamins.
