Since Monday this week I got back home quite late every night, that's not because of nightlife, pub or anything but I had the meeting on Monday evening, attended AmCham Professional Women group on Tuesday, last night is my own event the European Young Professional which there're more than 200 people joined and tonight I'll meet friends who came from Songkhla, it's been like 5 years since our last meeting.  These make me so tired, chicken assence can't help to get your power and energy back in time

better not the bird nest as I think (please note that it's only my opinion) it's quite cruel to take its nest away while it need. Anyway, people said it's good too but I personally prefer chicken assence, vita berry is good too.
