To be honest I am not very impressed with the look of the new TF. I wont just state this I will give a few reasons why!Thailand Friends Logo Font;. This to me is quite a futuristic font, not in keeping with an internet site designed for friendship,  it also feels cold and unwelcoming against a washed out grey/ blue background. The thin borderless column gives the immpression of a shopping site.My profile page makes me look like an item for sale on ebay. I think to be honest it looks like a bad attempt to look a bit like facebook that went wrong and from a design point of view I think Saul Bass would turn in his grave!  I would be happy if you just switched it straight back.   

Agree 100% on the Logo Font. I will chat with Admin and Marc about this and see what we come up with. It just doesn't feel right.

I really like the borderless columns...it's easy on the eyes. Give it a couple of weeks and let me know if your eyes have adjusted.

Hard to read and it need the borders back.. it hasn't changed much apart from some corporate paint... Sorry, i preferred the old one on the friendly angle.. Agree with Beej on the borders and boxes, needs some clear separation..

But to be fair as long as the girls still put out i really don't give a rats ass...

really bad colors... they really don t match together... who is the graphice designer who made that ??? really bad choice... i hate that TF

I don't understand why ppl voted 3 1/2 stars for this thread. This is just another opinion which is helping admin to approve the new look more.

Anyway, I'm not sure if I like it or not. I just can't say it yet, it looks kinda weird to me now. I think it might take some time for me to get use to the new look.

the grey font for posts just doesn't work. at least make it black!

Too bright for the text, darker color would be nice. No need to be black just a darker grey.

fontcolor is a big problem, logo comments i think are right, other than that i think its alright & refreshing ? will the forums also get a brushover?

Definitely not a fan of the title bar where it says "Thailand Friends". Just to boring and plain.

Not a fan of the lite font on the journals. Very hard to read.

--- two agreements in the negitive --- (the lesser one) -> it does seem abit stark and too cool)

(the other I am sure of) as Iain,Babe , and others remarked:

this gray on this blue just does not POP! --> not enough Contrast...it will wear on the eys

old and young--- I would guess the are some simple ergonomic guidelines that are out there to help

with the choices...and will gie you some style points too hopefully....ley's look!?!

I was hoping for an actual redesign of this site, not just a colour change.

IMO - the whole website needs a major overhaul to get it up to speed with the rest of the web. I have a lot to say about this but I'm feeling quite sick. Will give my opinions in person in a couple of weeks.
