Location: Bangkok Thailand. Area of responsibility – Asian Region

DUN has developed a unique set of customer database, tools and digital marketing capabilities that has enabled us to provide an end-to-end value chain. Through aggressive growth, there are 5 business streams that now require senior financial management.

Position Overview: Regional Finance Manager

Our Finance Manager will have to collate financials from Japan, USA, Singapore and Thailand. Some of the tasks will include:

• Remote settlements of sales and payments in several countries (high volume transactions)

• There are aspects of consolidation and reconciliation that may be addressed by new accounting procedures and/or platforms introduced by the successful candidate

• Up to date sales performance and tracking

• Sales Forecast monitoring

• Cost analysis and control

• Background in FX and tax implications

• Monthly close and management reporting

• Banking and Payroll supervision (backup to Ton)

• GST submissions and necessary regulatory submissions

Key Evaluation Factors:

1. Minimum 5 years operational experience in financial management in a multi stream business

2. Previous key experience in a high volume retail environment or online environment highly regarded.

3. Capability to provide detailed reporting, forecasting and growth strategies

4. Personal characteristics should include: charismatic leadership, excellent organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to take responsibility for a broad range of complex initiatives.

5. Command of English essential

Geographic Requirements:

• The role is based in Bangkok, but there will be requirements to travel to other geographic locations including Singapore operations

Salary and Compensation

Compensation will consist of a salaried component commensurate with experience, with further incentives of participation in the company Options Plan once minimum company service levels are achieved
