As I have brought up the topic “living with ethics in organizations” , I would like to talk about the organizational behavior today and we are going to link with ethics.

Of course, now everyone is talking about globalization simply because, here, there and everywhere that global economics has been swiftly expending throughout the world.  As Global market has reached, to some extent, to everyone in this world, global production has settled down in search of economics scales such as cheaper labor, resources and restrictions.

In a consequence of expending global economy, people lost the ethical life style gradually even though we are talking about humanity widely.  

Now, let’s have a look into the organizations that we are all. We all belong to organization that has three common types of goals which are as followed:

1.       Societal goals  :

2.       Output goals

3.       System goals

We all belong to these goals and we all are trying to fit in one of these goals in the respective organization that we live in the diversity of background and mostly importantly culture. We all share a set of value and perspective of life style in certain culture which can be divided into mainly 2 groups. I am sure all of you may have known these groups called Hot and Cold climate culture.  And the way we view the world is different because we all from pretty much everything opposite culture  such as task orientated Vs relationship, Privacy Vs inclusive, Individualism Vs group works and so on.

But globalization may eliminate these diverse culture factor in few decades and build up single culture and single economy which may encourage the gap between poor and rich. Besides, people’s moral role will be play an important role in the single society  and we all need to be aware of personal space will be as equally important  as our daily life…

Yes, in our daily routine, what are we trying to achieve?  And what for? And why?
