I will divide this journal into 3 sections current events, love life and exercise win.
Current Events:
My bangkok web design business is open and I rebuild my website. If you have any comments let me know, likes or dislikes.
So far we are doing OK but we can always do more business - if anyone wants a job, *(or a website)*... I am looking for someone who can help me with marketing. Contact me here if you are interested.
I haven't had much time to do anything else really, haven't been going out as much or have been social. I'd really appreciate if someone dragged me out of my house one of these days. As you may know, I don't drink but can be entertaining if you get me on the dance floor.
Love Life:
I found somebody on TF that I have been seeing for a few months now. I am quite happy. She is a member here and a trouble maker. She doesn't take me very seriously because she is constantly chasing after girls but that's okay... who can take me seriously?
Exercise Win
At this point my guy friends should tread carefully because this section is usually followed by shirtless pics... But I will share somethings that worked for me.
I finally got rid of the belly, it's not 100% gone, but I am quite close to my goal. In all honesty it's freaking hard. The #1 method that worked for this was jogging. I tried regular exercise and i ended up with had a six pack with a whole lot flab on top.
If running isn't your thing I would say try swimming or bicycling. I would also like to thank a TF member for being my jogging partner, at nearly 2x my age he can run circles around me... literally.
It doesn't take much, 2 - 3 times per week, 20 - 30 minutes per run. I don't restrict my diet, but if I had I am pretty sure the effect would be multiplied.
As for the rest of the body, 2 - 3 times a week 1 hour per secession yields good results. My legs are still thin and crooked but I blame DNA and the fact that I don't do any leg exercises. As for the work out I like to use my own weight when I can and then light weights to build lean muscles.
Generally I do random exercises as I go and never in any order, but the one hour can be split up like this:
15 min abs: sit ups, crunches and one machine that works out the love handles.
5 minute caves + shoulders/neck, I take 2 heavy dumbbells and stand up on my tip toes and shrug my shoulders at the same time.
9 minutes - pull ups and push ups
9 minutes - triceps via light weights and doing dips on parallel bars
9 minutes - biceps via various dumbbells
9 minutes - looking in the mirror... I mean doing chest with a bench press and lying down with a weight in each hand.
I try to take short breaks here and there, but mostly I go right through the exercises. Having music really helps.
