The coolest 16mm home movies of 1958 San Francisco you'll see all day. Jeff Altman -- San Francisco the early years before the camera cellphone or the modern invention of the camcorder.

He shares more interesting old 16 mm home movies. He even has footage of Disneyland in1956. It's almost like California of yester year in a time capsule -- very enjoyable site with a unique personal touch. If you are interested here is a link to his web page.  Jeff Altman

Thanks for the link to the video. I am biased because I used to live there, but in my opinion San Francisco is the most interesting city in the world. I remember going up there in the late 60's for my first trip away from home - It was one year AFTER the Summer of Love - ahhh, timing is everything

Do you know what a fan of the Grateful Dead says when he has been off drugs for two weeks -

Wow, this music really sucks.

the grateful dead remark was very funny bro..

Your right that was great timing to be there in the 60's I wasnt even a twinkle in my parents eye back then.

My uncle has a lot of old 8mm family films. Some day I would like to get them digtaltized and on a disk for safe keeping... I came across this guys films by accident. Once in awhile you come across things like this online. I found them very interesting to say the least. happy new year yankeekid, take it easy and thanks for replying to my post.

later.
